"Waiting on Wednesday" is a weekly meme hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine

This week's "waiting on" is...

Flamecaster
by Cinda Williams Chima!

Expected publication date: April 19th, 2016
Publisher: HarperCollins

SUMMARY (from Goodreads):

The first in a thrilling new four-book fantasy series from New York Times bestselling author Cinda Williams Chima, set in the same world as her beloved Seven Realms series, a generation later

Adrian sul’Han, known as Ash, is a trained healer with a powerful gift of magic—and a thirst for revenge. Ash is forced into hiding after a series of murders throws the queendom into chaos. Now Ash is closer than he’s ever been to killing the man responsible, the cruel king of Arden. As a healer, can Ash use his powers not to save a life but to take it?

Abandoned at birth, Jenna Bandelow was told that the mysterious magemark on the back of her neck would make her a target. But when the King’s Guard launches a relentless search for a girl with a mark like hers, Jenna assumes that it has more to do with her role as a saboteur than any birth-based curse. Though Jenna doesn’t know why she’s being hunted, she knows that she can’t get caught.

Eventually, Ash’s and Jenna’s paths will collide in Arden. Thrown together by chance and joined by their hatred of the king, they will come to rescue each other in ways they cannot yet imagine.

Set in the world of the acclaimed Seven Realms series a generation later, this is a thrilling story of dark magic, chilling threats, and two unforgettable characters walking a knife-sharp line between life and death.

I am so pumped for this book. I was so sad when THE SEVEN REALMS series ended; I can't wait to dive back into that world!

What is your waiting on?

The Goblin's Puzzle: Being the Adventures of a Boy with No Name and Two Girls Called Alice by Andrew S. Chilton: Early Review

RATING: 5/5 stars!
Author: Andrew S. Chilton
Publisher: Knopf Books for Young Readers
Source: Publisher sent in exchange for honest review
Release date: January 19th, 2016
Find it on Goodreads here!

SUMMARY (from Goodreads):

Brimming with dragons, goblins, and logic puzzles, this middle-grade fantasy adventure is perfect for readers who enjoyed The Princess Bride or Rump.

THE BOY is a nameless slave on a mission to uncover his true destiny.
THE GOBLIN holds all the answers, but he’s too tricky to be trusted.
PLAIN ALICE is a bookish peasant girl carried off by a confused dragon.
And PRINCESS ALICE is the lucky girl who wasn’t kidnapped.

All four are tangled up in a sinister plot to take over the kingdom, and together they must face kind monsters, a cruel magician, and dozens of deathly boring palace bureaucrats. They’re a ragtag bunch, but with strength, courage, and plenty of deductive reasoning, they just might outwit the villains and crack the goblin’s puzzle.

REVIEW:

THE GOBLIN'S PUZZLE caught me totally by surprise. It is an absolute gem.

I know that if I was a 10-12 year old I would have absolutely loved this book. Heck, I am a 19 year old and I absolutely loved this book. It brought me back to my grade school days, where I was reading Harry Potter and The Magic Treehouse.

I always loved books with subtle humor in it, and THE GOBLIN’S PUZZLE was no exception. Some parts were SO FUNNY. The beginning when we are introduced to the boy with no name was so amusing, and when the dragon stole the wrong girl named Alice I about lost it. It was hilarious.

The story was extremely clever. Not many middle grade books have a decent story line; the story was complex enough that it kept me interested, but yet simple enough that a 10 or 12 year old would understand some of the cleverness. It made the book something both parents and children will both enjoy.

With subtle humor and an incredible clever story line, THE GOBLIN'S PUZZLE is not one to miss!

A Court of Thorns and Roses (A Court of Thorns and Roses #1) by Sarah J. Maas: Review

RATING: 3/5 stars

Author: Sarah J. Maas
Publisher: Bloomsbury Children's
Source: bought
Release date: May 5th, 2015
Find it on Goodreads here!

SUMMARY (from Goodreads):
A thrilling, seductive new series from New York Timesbestselling author Sarah J. Maas, blending Beauty and the Beastwith faerie lore.

When nineteen-year-old huntress Feyre kills a wolf in the woods, a beast-like creature arrives to demand retribution for it. Dragged to a treacherous magical land she only knows about from legends, Feyre discovers that her captor is not an animal, but Tamlin—one of the lethal, immortal faeries who once ruled their world.

As she dwells on his estate, her feelings for Tamlin transform from icy hostility into a fiery passion that burns through every lie and warning she's been told about the beautiful, dangerous world of the Fae. But an ancient, wicked shadow grows over the faerie lands, and Feyre must find a way to stop it... or doom Tamlin—and his world—forever.

Perfect for fans of Kristin Cashore and George R. R. Martin, this first book in a sexy and action-packed new series is impossible to put down!

REVIEW:

I have been struggling with reviewing a lot lately; I have been very busy with school, and all of the books that I have been able to read have not really captured my attention. I finished A COURT OF THORNS AND ROSES back in October, and I sat on it for a while just to figure out exactly what I wanted to say.

I liked this book a lot, but there were some things that didn't sit well with me. And in the two months since I have finished this book...I do not remember what they are. I hardly remember anything about this book. It was totally and completely unmemorable to me. So I apologize that I cannot give all of my readers (if any of you are still there!) a proper review.

The only thing I do remember is the beginning of the book. Feyre kills a wolf (that was actually a faerie, unbeknownst to her) and is taken by Tamlin, who is also a faerie, to his home as punishment for killing his friend. It was absolutely riveting. But after that, everything just kind of blurs together. The story fell totally flat.

Overall, A COURT OF THORNS AND ROSES was great to start out, but very unmemorable.

CONTENT: Some moderately explicit sex scenes. I skipped over them, so I don't know how much detail went into it. Moderate swearing, but very heavy on the violence and gore.

The Selection (The Selection #1) by Kiera Cass: Review

RATING: 5/5 stars!
Author: Kiera Cass
Publisher: HarperTeen
Source: library
Release date: April 24th, 2012
Find it on Goodreads here!
SUMMARY (from Goodreads):
For thirty-five girls, the Selection is the chance of a lifetime. The opportunity to escape the life laid out for them since birth. To be swept up in a world of glittering gowns and priceless jewels. To live in a palace and compete for the heart of gorgeous Prince Maxon.

But for America Singer, being Selected is a nightmare. It means turning her back on her secret love with Aspen, who is a caste below her. Leaving her home to enter a fierce competition for a crown she doesn't want. Living in a palace that is constantly threatened by violent rebel attacks.

Then America meets Prince Maxon. Gradually, she starts to question all the plans she's made for herself—and realizes that the life she's always dreamed of may not compare to a future she never imagined.

REVIEW:

This review may contain minor spoilers. Nothing major, but read at your own risk.

Why I waited three years after this book came out to read it I have no idea. But I am definitely regretting not reading it sooner.

I am a huge fan of the TV show, The Bachelor, and this book reminded me so much of that. But THE SELECTION was soooo much better than the TV show. The drama created in this book is way more interesting and much more entertaining.

I liked everything about this book. Maxon was a great male lead, and America, though frustrating at times, was a great protagonist. I wasn't crazy about the love triangle, but it didn't bother me as much as I thought it would.

The only thing I didn't like about this book...is Aspen. He drove me absolutely insane. When America bought dinner for the two of them in the beginning, and he refused to accept it because the "male is supposed to provide for the female" type thing, I wanted to slap him. This book takes place in the future. I thought we'd have gotten over this by now. America was trying to do something nice for you. The least you can do is accept it. And when he refused to leave her alone EVEN AFTER they broke up, I wanted to slap him again. Multiple times. He broke up with her, broke her heart, and now he follows her to the castle. JUST GO AWAY!!

Ok, mini rant over.

Overall, THE SELECTION was an absolutely fantastic book. I highly recommend reading it!!

CONTENT: Kissing, making out, talk of sex, but it is mostly pretty clean.

Another Kind of Hurricane by Tamara Ellis Smith: Review

RATING: 3/5 stars!
Author: Tamara Ellis Smith
Publisher: Schwartz and Wade
Source: Publisher
Release date: July 14th, 2015
Find it on Goodreads here!
SUMMARY (from Goodreads):

In this stunning debut novel, two very different characters—a black boy who loses his home in Hurricane Katrina and a white boy in Vermont who loses his best friend in a tragic accident—come together to find healing.

A hurricane, a tragic death, two boys, one marble. How they intertwine is at the heart of this beautiful, poignant book. When ten-year-old Zavion loses his home in Hurricane Katrina, he and his father are forced to flee to Baton Rouge. And when Henry, a ten-year-old boy in northern Vermont, tragically loses his best friend, Wayne, he flees to ravaged New Orleans to help with hurricane relief efforts—and to search for a marble that was in the pocket of a pair of jeans donated to the Red Cross.

Rich with imagery and crackling with hope, this is the unforgettable story of how lives connect in unexpected, even magical, ways.

“In Smith’s poetic hands, this poignant story barrels across the pages and into the reader’s heart, reminding us that magic can arise from the deepest tragedy.” —Kathi Appelt, Newbery Honor Award winner and two-time National Book Award Finalist

REVIEW:

Thank you to Penguin Random House, who sent me this book in exchange for an honest review!

There were many things I liked about this book. The writing was absolutely gorgeous. It flowed so nicely, which made the book an extremely easy read. The beginning of the novel was very strong, and, like a rip tide, pulled you into the story.

The current, sadly, was not strong enough to keep me though.

After the beginning, the story lost its grip. I know it's supposed to be a story of coincidence, but it relied so heavily on this that I felt like it lost something. One thing led to another, and the story became so unbelievable that I almost had to put the book down. What should have taken me a day to read drew out into a week because the story became so bland and boring. No twists. No turns. Stuff just happened and it wasn't enough to keep me interested.

Overall, ANOTHER KIND OF HURRICANE was not a bad book. But, unless you are a die-hard middle grade fan, I would suggest skipping this one.

On College and Reading Slumps

Hello everyone!

Sorry I have been so absent lately. I started my first year College back in August, and I have had so little time to do anything else besides do homework, study, and work for the past month. But what has kept me so absent before this?

A reading slump.

I have not experienced one of these for a long time. It all started when I read ANOTHER KIND OF HURRICANE by Tamara Ellis Smith. It was sent to me for review...and I just did not like it at all. It was so slow, and everything in the story was far too convenient for my taste. It took me forever to read, and after this book, I just lost all desire to read. I started INHUMAN by Kat Falls, hoping this book would pull me out of this slump, but I was not crazy about that book either. This takes me right up to when school started, and I started reading A COURT OF THORNS AND ROSES by Sarah J. Maas. I absolutely love this book, but I have so little time now to read for enjoyment that it is making me crazy. But I'm hoping that as I get settled into my school routine more that I will have more time to read and review. Because I miss it. A lot. I know my posting has been sparse, and I really hope to get back into posting at least once a week instead of once a month like it has been :)

If anyone is still reading this blog, thank you so much! I adore each and every one of you. Sorry I have not been able to post more!!

The Book of a Thousand Days by Shannon Hale: Review

RATING: 4/5 stars!

Author: Shannon Hale
Publisher: Bloomsbury
Source: Bought
Release date: September 1st, 2007
Find it on Goodreads here!

SUMMARY (from Goodreads):

When Dashti, a maid, and Lady Saren, her mistress, are shut in a tower for seven years because of Saren's refusal to marry a man she despises, the two prepare for a very long and dark imprisonment.

As food runs low and the days go from broiling hot to freezing cold, it is all Dashti can do to keep them fed and comfortable. With the arrival outside the tower of Saren's two suitors--one welcome, the other decidedly less so--the girls are confronted with both hope and great danger, and Dashti must make the desperate choices of a girl whose life is worth more than she knows.

With Shannon Hale's lyrical language, this little-known classic fairy tale from the Brothers Grimm is reimagined and reset on the central Asian steppes; it is a completely unique retelling filled with adventure and romance, drama and disguise.

REVIEW:

Before reading THE BOOK OF A THOUSAND DAYS, I did not read the summary. I went in totally blind, and I had no idea what to expect.

I wasn't quite sure what to think at first. I did not expect it to be told from the POV of the maid, Dashti, and the first part of the book was SO BORING. Dashti and the princess, Saren, were shut in a tower, and besides the few interludes with a cat and a prince, almost nothing happened. I was getting so fed up with them being in the tower that I almost put the book down. But I kept reading, and I am so glad that I did.

The story took a total turn, and it was absolutely wonderful. I don't want to give anything away, but I loved the way Shannon Hale took the story. It was so beautifully written, and I was pretty giddy by the time I finished the book. SO GOOD!

Overall, THE BOOK OF A THOUSAND DAYS is not one to miss!

Interview with NIGHTBORN Author, Lou Anders!

Hello all! I am thrilled today to have Lou Anders, author of the THRONES & BONES series, on my blog today! NIGHTBORN, the newest addition to the THRONES & BONES trilogy, will be released on July 14th of this year. Trust me when I say, these books are absolutely fabulous! Read my reviews for  FROSTBORN and NIGHTBORN.

From the author of Frostborn comes Book 2 in the acclaimed Thrones and Bones fantasy-adventure trilogy for fans of Lloyd Alexander and Brandon Mull.

Karn Korlundsson is a gamer. Not a riddle solver. But in order to rescue his best friend, Thianna Frostborn, he will need to travel to the faraway city of Castlebriar (by wyvern), learn how to play a new board game called Charioteers (not a problem), decipher the Riddle of the Horn, and tangle with mysterious elves.

Meet Desstra. She’s in training to join the Underhand—the elite agents of the dark elves. When she crosses paths with Karn, she is not all that she appears to be.

Everyone is chasing after the horn of Osius, an ancient artifact with the power to change the world. The lengths to which Karn will go in the name of friendship will be sorely tested. Who knew that solving a riddle could be so deadly?

The novel includes instructions for playing the board game Charioteers. Visit ThronesandBones.com for additional games, maps, character profiles, and more!

PREORDER on Amazon or Barnes & Noble

Hello Lou! I am so excited to have you on my blog today! Without further ado, onto the questions:

1.    What inspired you to incorporate Norse mythology into your story?
There were two different factors working together. The first was that I wanted to write a strong female character that my own daughter, and girls everywhere, could read and enjoy. I wanted my heroine to be the one in the thick of the action, not relegated to being the brains of the operation or the magical member of the team, as girl characters can sometimes be in adventure books. And as my own children are biracial, I wanted to explore a character who felt like she was caught between two cultures. So the idea of a half-giantess was born. At the same time, this was my first foray into fantasy fiction, and I wanted to explore the roots of the genre in Western literature, drilling back to the same myths and legends that inspired Tolkien. So while I was settling on a girl who grew up with frost giants, I was also researching the mythology of Europe, and both things led me to the Scandinavian people and their influences.
2.    Was it always your dream to become an author?
Yes. Though it was a dream that was put on hold many times. As a child, I wrote short stories and small comic strips, and I was always the Game Master when we played Role Playing Games. I took fiction writing courses in college, but my own limitations (doubtless caused by a lack of maturity) frustrated me, and I set the dreams aside for a while. I got into acting, studying it first in a fifth year of school, and then in Oxford and London, and I eventually moved to Chicago, where I ended up writing and directing theater. This led to a move to Los Angeles, where I worked as a journalist while writing screenplays with a partner. Through a roundabout move into the dot-com space in San Francisco, I eventually ended up working in genre publishing. Then, about five years ago, a friend asked me to write a short story for an anthology. I was reluctant, but he insisted. When I finished, we both agreed that what I’d written was more an introduction to a book than a stand-alone short form work. I set about to turn it into a novel, and while that wasnt Frostborn, it was the manuscript that got me an agent and started me writing prose in earnest.
3.    Is writing your only job? Or do you have other jobs on the side?
When I wrote Frostborn and Nightborn, I was working as the editorial director and art director of an adult science fiction and fantasy imprint. In fact, I have won the Hugo Award for editing and the Chesley Award for art directing, and I may be the only person in the field to have won both of those awards. I quit last September, however, to devote myself full time to writing the Thrones and Bones series.
4.    I know that the THRONES AND BONES trilogy is not finished . . . but I see that there are lots of places on the map that havent been explored yet. Is there a possibility of a spin-off series?
In short, yes. There are actually seven maps to date, all drawn by the incredible Robert Lazzaretti, and with Nightborns publication, six of them will be public. But I realize its the Continent of Katernia map you are referring to. When I built the world, I deliberately constructed it to be a vast-enough canvas to encompass a thousand stories. And I hammered out the different countries and their histories and cultures for weeks before I ever started a plot outline. Now all I have to do is open the map on my computer and pick a location, and story ideas start to suggest themselves to me. I can tell you things going on all over Katernia, and some of the other continents as well. And I can tell you about stories that happened hundreds or even thousands of years before the events of the Thrones and Bones series. I hope I get to follow Karn, Thianna, and Desstras adventures for years to come, but there are other characters waiting in the wings to have their turn as well.
5.    If Karn, Desstra, and Thianna were to play Monopoly, who would win?
Karn and Desstra would be fairly evenly matched in a game like Monopoly. Hes the better strategist, but he has a blind spot when it comes to deceitful characters, and Desstra could probably trick him again. Shed play dirty, and he might fall for it. Well never know, however, as Thianna would lose patience with the game almost immediately, snatch the playing pieces, and run off.
6.    You are sentenced to a ten-year exile on a desert island with nothing but a knife, a canteen, and a piece of string. You are allowed to take one of the characters from FROSTBORN and NIGHTBORN with you. Who would you take?
I wouldnt dare split up Karn and Thiannas friendship. They belong together until they decide they dont, and far be it from me to come between them. Desstra, however, is a loner without a clear place in the world. I know where shell eventually come into her own, but its going to be a long time coming, and as an elf, shes long-lived anyway, so a ten-year detour to hang out with her creator wouldnt be hard on her. I hope.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, Lou!

REVIEW:

First off, I want to say thank you to Penguin Random House for sending me a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review!

This book blew my mind. It took the expectations I had and completely shattered them into a gazillion little pieces. I loved it so so so much!!

All of the old characters were back, still as awesome as ever...but I think the new characters were my absolute favorite. Desstra, a dark elf, dethroned Thianna as my favorite character. I loved how she was made out to be a villain, but knew she should be good. I don't want to give anything away, but her character development was flawless.

I also loved the way that Anders took the story. Karn was able to use his gamer skills yet again to solve riddles, and even Thianna had her moments.

The world that Anders created is so cool. We got to see a lot more of it in this book, and I absolutely loved it! I can't wait to see more!

Overall, NIGHTBORN is a fabulous addition to the THRONES & BONES series! I highly recommend starting this trilogy!

SUMMARY (from Goodreads):

Meet Karn. He is destined to take over the family farm in Norrøngard. His only problem? He’d rather be playing the board game Thrones and Bones.

Enter Thianna. Half human, half frost giantess. She’s too tall to blend in with other humans but too short to be taken seriously as a giant.

When family intrigues force Karn and Thianna to flee into the wilderness, they have to keep their sense of humor and their wits about them. But survival can be challenging when you’re being chased by a 1,500-year-old dragon, Helltoppr the undead warrior and his undead minions, an evil uncle, wyverns, and an assortment of trolls and giants.

REVIEW:

*Thank you to Penguin Random House for sending me a copy of this book in exchange for honest review!*

At first, I was a little worried about reading FROSTBORN. I don't normally have a lot of luck when it comes to reading middle grade books, and I was worried that I would not be able to connect with this one. I usually have difficulties reading from the POV of preteens, but when I heard that there was Norse mythology involved, I couldn't not give it a try.

I should not have worried though. FROSTBORN was absolutely fabulous. Karn's and Thianna's POVs were so entertaining to read from, and even though I'm 19 now, I was still able to connect with both of them. It brought me back to my awkward grade school years when I first fell in love with reading. Even though I was never put in a situation like Karn and Thianna were in, I could still identify with the feelings they were experiencing: trying to find themselves in the world and dealing with responsibility that arises when you get older.

Their friendship is also a highlight of this book. It is what every friendship should strive to be. They are both so different from each other, but they accept each other and their differences, and would sacrifice anything for each other.

I've also never read anything quite like this book. The story was so unique, and The Norse mythology weaved into it was absolutely fabulous. When I first found out there were frost giants in this book, I immediately thought of this:

But the frost giants in this book were not quite as ruthless as the ones of the Marvel universe. Most of them were kind and hospitable to the humans, and their skin was much less blue.

And there were dragons. Who doesn't love a book with dragons in it?

Overall, FROSTBORN was a unique and fantastic read! I highly recommend it to all ages!

Crash (The Game #3) by Eve Silver: Early Review

RATING: 3/5 stars!

Author: Eve Silver
Publisher: Katherine Tegen Books
Source: Won
Release date: June 9th, 2015

SUMMARY (from Goodreads):

A thrilling action/suspense novel for fans of The Fifth Wave about contemporary teens pulled in and out of an alternate reality where battling aliens is more than a game—it's life and death.

Miki’s life is falling apart around her. Her dad and best friend are lying in the hospital. The Game is glitching, making missions more frequent and more deadly. And someone close to her is waiting for the right moment to betray her.

Miki feels like she’s hanging on by a thread and the only thing keeping her tethered is Jackson’s hand in hers. Yet telling him how much she needs him, how much she loves him, feels like the biggest challenge of all. And if Miki really wants the missions to end for everyone, she’ll have to let go and be ready to fight when the walls between the Game and reality come crashing down. Because if there’s one thing she’s learned, it’s that she’s got a whole lot left to lose.

Crash is the pulse-pounding conclusion to the Game trilogy fans won’t want to miss.

REVIEW:

Just as thrilling and action-packed as the first two! This trilogy is so much fun!

But this book disappointed me slightly. It wasn't bad, but I didn't care for the way that Silver took the story. For me, it made the series lose a lot of its uniqueness. I don't want to give anything away, but it felt like every other alien story that I've read.

It's no secret that I've never really liked Jackson, but I could not stand him in this book. He was being less of an ass, but Eve Silver did not portray him in a way that appealed to me. He's always described as "hot" and "sexy", and I feel like that cheapened him a lot.

All in all, CRASH wasn't bad, but it was not my favorite series ending. The first two books were still fabulous, so I suggest giving this trilogy a try.

CONTENT: Heavy kissing, moderate swearing (a**hole is the worst used), and lots of gorey and descriptive violence.

This week's "waiting on" is...

The Winner's Kiss
by Marie Rutkoski!

Expected publication date: March 1st, 2016
Publisher: Farrar Straus & Giroux

SUMMARY (from Goodreads):

War has begun. Arin is in the thick of it, with the East as his ally and the empire as his enemy. He’s finally managed to dismiss the memory of Kestrel, even if he can’t quite forget her. Kestrel turned into someone he could no longer recognize: someone who cared more for the empire than for the lives of innocent people—and certainly more than she cared for him. At least, that’s what he thinks.

But far north lies a work camp where Kestrel is a prisoner. Can she manage to escape before she loses herself? As the war intensifies, both Kestrel and Arin discover unexpected roles in battle, terrible secrets, and a fragile hope. The world is changing. The East is pitted against the West, and Kestrel and Arin are caught between. In a game like this, can anybody really win?

THE WINNER'S CRIME is definitely one of my favorite books of the year. I absolutely cannot wait for this one!

Top Ten Books I'd Love to See as Movies or TV Shows

"Top Ten Tuesday" is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

This week I'm talking about the top ten books I'd love to see as movies or TV shows!

1. Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo

I'm going to be upset if this movie never happens.

2. Pivot Point by Kasie West

Love love love this book. If they do it right, it could make a fantastic movie.

3. Unwind by Neal Shusterman

This has been in talks for quite some time....but it hasn't happened yet. It needs to.

4. I'd Tell You I Love You but Then I'd Have to Kill You by Ally Carter

I feel like this would make an insanely addictive TV show.

5. The Demon King by Cinda Williams Chima

A high-fantasy TV show like Game of Thrones? Heck yes.

6. Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas

I have been dying to see badass Calaena on the big screen.

7. Tunnels by Roderick Gordon and Brian Williams

One of my favorite book series of all time. It would make one hell of a movie.

8. Gone by Michael Grant

No adults + twisted teenagers with special powers = one kick-butt TV show

9. Cinder by Marissa Meyer

I think this one is in the works too. It needs to happen.

10. Fablehaven by Brandon Mull

This is going back to my middle school days where I dreamed that this book would become a movie and I could play Kendra. Alas, I'm too old now.

What books are on your list?

SUMMARY(from Goodreads):

So so so so much love for this trilogy. I really liked how Silver picked up right where RUSH left off. Just like in the first book, she wasted no time throwing us back into the story. PUSH was just as action-packed and thrilling as the first book. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.

The characters were still all fabulous. Miki is fantastic (even though she has some major control issues), Luka is still my book boyfriend, and all of the other supporting characters were great as well. I still didn't like Jackson though. At all. (LUKA ALL THE WAY!!)

Overall, PUSH is a fantastic addition to THE GAME trilogy. I highly recommend this to sci-fi fans!!

CONTENT: The same as the first one.
